Throughout the life of a home, it can be owned and occupied by many different individuals, endure harsh weather, have poor or no maintenance and survive fire or flooding. All of these factors play an important role in a homes condition today, and why a home inspection is so important. Before the purchase of a new home, everyone should ask themselves if this investment is worth it. This is where we step in to evaluate the home and educate our clients on the condition and functionality of the systems. We would not want to buy a home and find out it will cost thousands of dollars to make the home safe and livable, we feel the same way for our clients. Our mission is to inspect every home as if we were purchasing it for our own families.
Buying a home is a large investment. We give you peace of mind knowing that investment is worth your time, effort and money. We have a broad understanding of all major systems and how they work together in a home. We combine our years of industry experience with over 40 specialized certifications to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
Every home we inspect is done so in the same manner and with the same precision. We inspect our clients home as if we were inspecting our own home. We will not give any biased or false information in an attempt to make an individual or business benefit from our findings. We educate our clients on the condition of the home and how its systems operate in conjunction with one another. We believe conducting a home inspection should be done in a professional and honest manner.
The inspection consists of evaluating most of the homes components and systems. We encourage our clients to walk around with us and ask any questions they may have. This process will take 2-3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home. Within hours of completion of the home inspection, you will receive a summary on the homes conditions. The full report with pictures and detailed descriptions will be available a day or two after the inspection date.
